AppVerix Quote stores the minimum needed to run the app.
What we store
Hide-price rules, quote lines, form answers (name, email, optional company, phone, message), uploaded files on Growth, draft order ids, plan state, and an access log that records that data was touched — never the values.
Why contact details
Name and email are needed to reply to a quote. This is protected customer data. We request it only for quote contact, not for marketing lists.
Deletion
Uninstall clears sessions. customers/redact deletes that customer's quotes and files. shop/redact deletes the shop. Access log rows expire after 90 days.
